Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Chabassol Growth Group OS (“CGG OS”, “the Service”), operated by Chabassol Growth Group. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account, keeping your password secure, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. One person or business per account unless otherwise agreed.

3. The Service

CGG OS is a software tool for coaches to track clients, revenue, and marketing, and to access educational content. The educational content is general business/coaching information, not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice, and results are not guaranteed.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading harmful or unlawful content, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering, or reselling the Service without permission.

6. Your data

You own the business data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you add, including any information about your own clients.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
